OFFLINE MARKETING

I was hoping someone could help refresh my memory. I know there are several postcard mailing services that allow you to target certain things like age, income and even interests. I'm particularly looking to target only people who have just moved in and/or bought a house (it's to promote a local cleaning company). Does anyone know of a reputable postcard mailing service that does this? I know I've stumbled upon one or two in the past, but I cant remember their names. Any help is much appreciated.

I know that postcardmania.com is one that a lot of people use for printing, distribution, and lists.

Depending on your area, the amount of new homeowners may be very small and it might be more cost effective for you to simply print 1000 or so postcards and then mail them out with stamps as needed. You might find that there's only 20-50 people or so at any given time on a new homeowner local list so having a mailing service do it for you may be pretty pricey.

I recommend acxiom, melissadata, or experian for new homeowner lists.

I used postcard mailing service. It's a good to direct mail marketing and we give offers all of the our criteria we look for this type of service and many extras that enhance the experience.
