I need expert advice on review copies

Hello Expert Warriors!

Although I am not sure if this is the best part of this forum to post this thread, still I will try to post it here.

Two weeks ago I posted a WSO offering "Article Spinning Service". Included in the WSO is a free "Review Copies". I got plenty of Warriors contacting me via PM asking for free copies and I think that's good. But the problem is they are not returning to me to leave a review.

The good thing about the way our review copy is offered is that they have the option to submit their own article to be spun so they can use the spin syntax generated for whatever their purposes are. It's supposedly a win-win situation. But with how things are going, I am the one losing here because much of our time is devoted for this free service without getting a review in return.

Here's how the review copy is stated, as quoted:

REVIEW COPIES AVAILABLE!

Yes, you read it right. If you are a member with at least 100 posts, then you qualify.
Our method of getting a review copy is little bit odd compared to usual reviews here. Instead of having a spin ready article, you send us your seed article and we will provide you with a free-of-charge spintax generation (plus 2 sentence rewrites + word/phrase spintax generation only). In return, you give us an honest review. If you like our works, you can use the spin ready articles you reviewed for free. What we're offering here is a WIN-WIN situation. Try it for yourself. Limited offer to first 20 qualified members.
*** Please limit your seed article to 500 words only.
*** Update: If you don't have a written article available, you can scrape an article available on the web, as long as it's around 500 words. We can have it rewritten to pass CopyScape 100%. The rewritten article will then be used for this review copy of spinning. I hope this helps.
In some point, I am getting a decent number of orders although I don't have many reviews yet. Still, having reviews would be great.

What should I do?
Should I change the review copy strategy?

Your advice would be of great help to get us moving.
