[Facebook] What do you offer your clients?

I've decided to shift my focus from online to offline clients. There is a high demand for managing community involvement via Facebook in one of the local niches, so I figured I could give it a go again.
I've noticed that the introduction of Timeline removed the custom design feature which was present before. Any advice on what to offer to make the customer's pages unique, presentable as well as involving for the community?
