How much to charge for a forum setup and maintenance

I'm setting up a vBulletin forum for a customer I've worked with before as a by-product for his SEO site he wants setup.
My question is how much should I charge to setup the forum, find a skin, customise it and install the mods etc?

I've also said I'll have an administrative role in the forum and the day to day running of it if it get's big etc and was thinking a monthly fee could cover that aswell...

All in all I was going to charge £150 flat fee for the forum setup/customisation and an additional £100 a month to maintain the forum until it became populated at which point I'd waiver the fee in return for promoting products/services on the forum homepage.

Do you think these price's are reasonable?

How long is it going to take you? The fee you should charge should be based on what you already charge for your time, not just a random number. It also depends on your skillset & how proficient you are in said technology...

    Daniel,

That's a reasonable price, but I would try to get more.

The set up fee is fine (not that hard to do), but find out the sections the forum will have and the description that has to be added. Will save time on set up.

For maintenance, I would definitely get more (based on the time to admin daily). A forum can work well, but can also be time consuming with admining daily.
