Any good SEO introduction/follow-up email tips?

Hi all, I'm cold-calling to sell local SEO. I've gotten quite a collection of emails of owners/decision makers/etc. that I haven't yet been able to catch on the phone or in person (not hitting the other side of town yet). Going to crank out emails to them tonight/tomorrow night. Focusing on service categories right now - some of them have answering services, etc. while they're out in the field, so that's who I'm trying to track down.

Haven't refined it yet but thinking I'll go with something very brief and along the lines of:
- introducing myself as local (& a tidbit to relate myself to their company, if possible - I eat there, worked down the street, whatev)
- mentioning how many times a month people in our city search for a (whatever kind of business they are)
- I noticed they aren't showing up on the first X pages of Google so they're not getting those customers
- my team can help them move there, above their competition
- let's set 15 minutes to talk about how, pinning down a time and direct number

Thoughts? Anyone have a good email or good format that's worked for you?

Feedback appreciated. Thanks folks.
