What Are You Paying for Local SEO Outsourcing?

I have all of my ducks in a row when it comes to outsourcing except local SEO..that's one that I'm still trying to find an optimal provider for.

What are you paying and what results are you getting for your clients when it comes to local SEO such as "plumber *city*" or "electrician *state*".

If you can refer anyone to me please let me know.
