Email blacklisting concerns when mass emailing.

I am planning on sending out about a 100 emails a day from a free gmail account I will create. But it will be redirected thru my host's MX records so that it shows up in the prospects inbox as email from me@mydomain.com. Forgive me if my technical explanation is not correct.

My question and concern is if enough people mark it as spam, will google blacklist my email address, or worse any email address from my domain?

If yes, whats the work around to this?

Yes... you can get blacklisted as content spam. You can be blacklisted because of repeat emails to the same domain. Your IP can be blacklisted.. and if you don't have rDNS and a couple important things set up then chances are 50% of your mail won't be delivered anyway.

How about not spamming in the first place?

You cannot send unsolicited e-mail with MailChimp or any other major email marketing service. You have to provide opt-in proof for every address you add to a list there.

If you can't provide one, simply carry on.
