An open letter to all offliners

Guys and gals,

I've been in the offline space for years. I've sold wso's. I've coached people to success. I've been instrumental in helping people change their entire businesses.

And now I want to give back to you guys.

So help me out here.

I've got a few top-notch posts in the works based on real-world results.

...But before I let any of them to live, I want to know what you're struggling with on a daily basis.

Are you having trouble getting owners to call you?

Don't know how to reach out to them?

Can't seem to close those you do talk to?

What is your biggest problem?

Let me know and if I've got results in that area, I'll make sure to help you out.

So, thanks in advance folks.

Be the best you can be in your life and your business.

    Hi Chris,

Long time my friend. Hope business has been swinging in the best direction.

I imagine it would be helpful if you list the areas where you have the best content/knowledge to share then people can simply vote. (you can use the voting system on here).

Otherwise simply start sharing from your list and I'm sure literally a TON of warriors will find SOMETHING helpful in at least one of your posts. Always the way it happens.

Anyway to answer your question, I for one am interested in your own answers to all 3 questions you asked (plus any others you didn't list). I'm doing well with them...

Are you having trouble getting owners to call you?

Did you mean call backs or first time calls via adverts? For the latter no issues for me there. For the former, I don't place ads at the moment so not worried about that for now.

Don't know how to reach out to them?

Had issues with this for a time i.e. on a large scale, but not anymore--Cold calling has been good to me so far. Any other ideas would of course be appreciated.

Can't seem to close those you do talk to?

No problem with this. Close rate is pretty good so far.

    What is your biggest problem?

Not to do with marketing. More to do with handling admin, marketing, follow ups. Project management and delivery is fine thus far. But handling all of the leads efficiently, sending out invoices, receipts and doing any other necessary follow ups has become a little overwhelming... I'm from the school of automation but it is tough to do that offline in entirety.

The only other option is to hire full time staff or outsource to VAs, haven't had the best experience with the former. Have never really tried the latter, any exprience you have with that would be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Kunle
