Offline Client - Mall
I recently spoke to the builder/owner of newly constructed mall located overseas about potentially establishing his online presence with internet marketing. He was extremely interested in the details and wanted to arrange a conference call this Saturday to hash out the details and listen to the strategy that I plan on taking. He also noted that he can contractually obligate all of the store owners within the mall to sign onto the service for advertising purposes, which basically gives me access to a large amount of clients.
1) First, I know I want to utilize all forms of internet marketing (SEO, PPC, FB, ETC) but I'm completely overwhelmed on how to begin the process and how do I present this as a solution to their advertising needs? What would be the best strategy to present to him?
2) Where do I begin? Do I build a main page for the mall? Then inner pages for the stores? Or do I build the main page and separate sites for the other stores?
3) How do I utilize PPC in order to drive customers to visit the mall?
4) What are other methods to bring potential customers to this mall?
5) How in the f*ck do I price something like this? Upfront + monthly? What would be a good range?
