How do you manage offline clients

Hey fellow warriors

So I have a list of clients saved to my bookmarks on my web browser and it is not very productive.

I am just wondering what do you do or use to manage a the list of clients e.g. Spreadsheet, special software.

I use Google Doc only. You have all it takes to manage your clients as well as the information each task if you have Google doc. Also I am using drop box. i can access all my files anywhere. Try to check it out.

Use the search feature in the menu, there are a lot of threads on this subject. Me personally I just use excel, google docs & calendar
    .

For my prospecting lists, I use VTiger until they really turn into a hot lead or client, then they go into ZOHO.

This maybe very old fashion but I don't care because I think it works thus far but I have kept a file(like tanagable minella folder) litterally with every client's infomation in it. Again very old fashion but I think that is something tangable that I know I can rely back to. I also use a spreadsheet that contains all of my clients infomation including what they ordered. But I will check out those other alternatives but I feel as if having something like a minella fold feels more concerte that management programs but that's just me. However I will never close an open door.
