Easy mobile marketing

It seems that mobile marketing is very effective for local shops and restaurants, so it must be something we should all propose as a service.

One new way to do mobile coupon marketing is by using a new FB feature:

FB Offers.

I haven't used it myself yet, but it seems that you can create a special offer on your wall and people need to click on GET OFFER to be presented with the offer, then they can show it to the cashier or whoever to get the special.

This makes it very easy to have your coupons all around facebook.

What do you guys think? Anyone did it?

      This will definitely create some competition. However, not everyone checks facebook or even has a facebook account. That being said, create and manage a FB coupon for an offline client. Remind them that they should have their OWN coupon that you can only get from them and that can be shared on FB.

      A lot of mobile coupon platforms allow you to integrate the mobile coupon on FB anyway. In my mind, FB is behind the curve and is playing catch up. Bottom line, this won't kill your business if you offer mobile coupons. It will probably strengthen it.
