Using Google Citations and Local SEO vs. Global SEO

Hey, guys. Have you considered using the help of Google citations and small business directories to help to boost your brand? They seem to work exceptionally well! If you're not familiar with them here's a couple that do marvels for your local SEO.

    I find the local directories to be the best. However, I do come up with problems where the business owner has registered in a few places themselves without keeping the exact address format the same. Try to unravel and correct this is proving a massive problem since Google are so slow to see the updates!

      Kevin, good tip. I had a look at Manta.com for a client and was amazed at the amount of great SEO stuff available. For instance the ability to deep link to pages (other than home page) using different anchor text.
      I also liked the ability it gives to cross link to Social media sites so that Google's "social signlas/proof" is also enhanced for any listing/website.
