Who's Postcard Prospecting In Kentwood?

So, I just went into a chiropractor's office to sell spots on my 9 x 12 postcard,
the lady tells me someone was just there for the same thing on Friday???

So, I go next door to the dentist.... What do you know.... Same thing?

Is someone in my area doing this? Let's team up

Has anyone else ran into this?

      If they didn't show it to you, it may not really be exactly the same thing.
      But if you get a copy when it comes out, you'll have a prospecting list of business owners that are proven to buy what you sell.

      If I was selling Bob Ross's program, I'd concentrate on everyone that already bought any direct mail advertising in any form. I know you already know to do this, I just wanted everyone to see how smart I am.

    I handed them my sample. She said it was the same size, color, and everything.
    It threw me off, since I created my own mockup with 12 spots instead of the 16...

    I was like.... Ughhhh????

      Yes, they didn't leave a card and the people couldn't remember their name.

      They just remember the big red postcard and a salesmen.

    I had this happen to me a few times in my part of SoCal, but turns out, it WASN'T the same thing, and it was put out by a company who had no clue what they were doing....

    I also had quite a few people who were put off by direct mail period, and had no concept of how the targeting worked because "they had never heard of it."

    In any case, find a way to add value and differentiate yourself... you'll be OK.

        If they didn't know the name of the person then they didn't buy the concept off of that person. (Because if they did they would have the name and Receipt)

        So when you said 'Just out of interest why didn't you go for it?' they said what?

        And then you said what?

        As an aside, wait until you receive yours through the letterbox and then you can contact the person and say 'Hey do you know Bob Ross blah blah blah'

        Then you can offer to meet up with them.
