I am hiring a new sale team and need to bring them up to speed on selling Rep Mgmt, Websites, Mobile...

Wondering if there are any materials already out there that I can use or perhaps a WSO that would be a good fit. I understand the best way would be to do it myself, but for lack of time and most of these services are industry standard, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ah, the things you learn while running a business.
Like, having solid systems in place.....

    How did you learn?
    How much do you know?

Your best bet is to create the materials yourself.
This way, what they are learning isn't conflicting with what you learned.
You should create a training portal. Just add a sub-domain.

    Create videos, pdf's and mp3's.
    You can start with one.
    Like starting with Rep Management.
    Create all the content.
Then while your reps are out getting educated and selling, you can create the others.

    Make sense?

This is absolutely brilliant advice! I'd also add regular training sessions with your sales team. You say you don't have the time. Sales and marketing really needs to be your focus and you need to spend the vast majority of your time and effort on this (even if you have an established business).

well said!!! I wish i read those words earlier. I learned it from hard way. When i first started out, i was got so burned down with actual jobs that I had no time to sit down and put my um-divided focus on how to sales. It hit my business hard! So lesson learned: also keep sales as your number one priority.
