FINALLY Got My first Client!!! A $1500 a Month Client

sigh I am all smiles right now.. I Finally secured the client, cheque has cleared and I am starting the SEO campaign as I type this.

This Client is a relative though, not that it matters he is still a business man and wouldn't just give me money because He knows me.

Anyway what happened was. I contacted him a few months earlier and told him what I was doing and he was not interested .. Oh well I moved on to the next prospects and so on. I was with him again yesterday and he over heard me explaining to my sister how valuable this actually is and he asked me about it again ( I think he was just starting a conversation) . So lucky for me I had my laptop with and showed him exactly what happens on Google and that near 600 people where searching for his services but couldn't find him. Lets just say he was Semi sold until he saw one of his BIGGEST competitors show up on the search and I promise you he was practically glued to my screen and signing the cheque at the same time.

When He asked how much I would charge him I replied , $1500 and all he said was ok come through to my office tomorrow and pick up the cheque. I just couldn't believe it.

I now realize how valuable they see our services. He is a Building Contractor So he knows if I could get him even ONE project every 2 Months it would more than cover what he is paying me.

Anyway I have always wanted to be the next to post this. I am just so exited.
PS: He also told me if this works for him, he has a few Engineer, Architect and Consultants who he thinks could use my service. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.

OK anyway let me get back to getting clients for MY client Ciao!!!!
