Windows Advertisement

Dear Warriors,


Thousands of shops in London offer windows advertisement to advertisers. Most of these shops are off license or News Agents.

Has anyone tried to do any sort of windows advertisement and have you got any success in it?

Any feedback or suggestions will be welcome as I am thinking to start windows advertisement for my dating sites...

    This is great if you're a contractor. For example, I have cleaning business and clients are very receptive to these ads in newsagent windows.

    I've never tried this for offline or online marketing and not sure what sort of image you'd portray in doing this mate?

    Like anything though, worth giving it a try. Just make sure you tell them to quote a "special code" so that you can track the effectiveness of the ad.

        this really depends on what business you are in and your geographical location also applies, this works very well for some businesses but if it is not suitable to you then it will be money wasted

    Register a MEMORABLE AND CATCHY domain to use in the advert.

    You can track visitors to this domain easily. Either put some copy
    on the domain or point it to somewhere else.

    What does it cost to put a postcard advert in a shop window......a quid or so?

    You'll know the answer to your question in a couple of days and be able
    to track your ROI very easily. I'm actually surprised you would even ask the
    question here....just try it...oh..please let us all know the results.

    I've had very cheap site visitors/subscribers from this method....not millions of them
    but nonetheless a very good return on investment.
