    I contacted one of these guys via pm. No code available.

    I bought the theme. It's robust and you need to have some scraped data to import. I haven't used it yet, neither do I plan to anymore LOL They don't give refunds, so think carefully.

      How does the theme compare to the WP Local Places? I have been using it but it is kinda buggy at times.

    I think Geo Theme offers a way to test the front and backend before you buy. I didn't give it a good enough go before buying.

    I did my research, though. Seems like a fantastic theme. Many features and I think it has addons you can buy, but right out of the box it does what you need. You also have to continue to pay for upgrades... every 6 months I believe. So you know the software will be supported well. That's the major reason I bought that over anything through the WF.

    And I did play around with it a bit. I just haven't used it on a live site. Go to the site and try the demo.
