Help first offline client with a 6fig marketing budget

Hi warriors, I have been online a while and seen some decent income.

Although I have dealt with corporates in traditional forms of marketing, its only recently that I have started to focus on offline marketing using IM skills.

Through networking have landed a corporate client desperate to get some traffic and sales to their existing website. Currently they have got almost zero traffic and sales.

Any ideas on best approach?

I think you would have to set it up separately. On the website front, you can pick up something quickly on Premium WordPress Themes, Web Templates, Mobile Themes | ThemeForest to handle your website while Design Templates, Photoshop Brushes, and Stock Vectors | GraphicRiver will handle any stationary you would want to have made. Proposal templates, business cards, letterheads etc

There are a number of SEO services that operate from the forum and are white label. Just read through their reviews in the Warriors for hire section.

If I remember correctly, I got tons of emails for this WSO on pricing, http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...nts-again.html no affiliate. However if you are outsourcing everything, that will give you an idea of your outlay.

Remember to factor in client maintenance, how much will it cost you to maintain the relationship with the client, possible lunches and coffee, bi-weekly/monthly reports etc

I use Freedcamp - Free Project Management to manage all my client projects. Remember you need to make sure your clients have faith in your ability and professionalism. Something simple like a project management system gives them the impression you mean business.

If you manage to secure the business and do a good job, make sure you ask for a recommendation and endorsement on Linkedin. Hopefully you can pick up some bonus business with this.

This is all that's come to mind initially. I've subscribed in case I've forgotten something.

Haha... I liked the last part.
Doing deals in another country makes me nervous.
As a side note, I turned down a chiro because he was in Canada...

I don't think you will find a WSO that has all that in one.
You may have to piece several together.
I can't think of any that deal with PR, other than rep management stuff.
