Selling leads?

Hey guys, I've been searching for about 1hour but I just can't seem to find it. It was a wso on selling leads to local businesses, priced at around 25$ I think. It looked fabulous! I was just wondering if any of you guys know what I am talking about as I am pulling my hair out at this point! :p

    It would help if you knew when it came out, as well as any part of the name, or creator.

    The seller was a guy and had long brown hair (avatar). Think it was about a directory site and selling leads to business owners. It came out quite a while ago. couple months I,d have to say. It was very popular. Unfortunately I don't recall the seller's name =/.
