Opinion and advise needed on new model!

I have been spending a ton of time on WF looking through what others are doing and want some advise before I go public with our offerings in detail. I need some opinions please

I run a small Web Development, Facebook App, and Digital Branding type company. We are just getting ready to launch our site which will provide the standard rate services on the front end at normal rates but also have a $10/mo membership fee with heavy discounts on the back end. (Over $15+ off every service offered each).

Example: We build Facebook app's for $40 on the front end (Single build, installed and stays up as long as you want it). Pay for our monthly membership and I build the app for $20 instead...
Videos: $50 normally, $35 with membership (each)

We are using this as our initial list building venture then marketing it through various social channels etc.

We are planning on putting together WSO's and even JV opportunities if permitted down the road as well. We would waive any monthly member fee for all WF folks and see where it goes.

Future Plans: We are adding Case Studies (Re-sellers get raw files), Custom graphic packages for re-use/resell, and just about anything else we may find useful for businesses/re-sellers.

Thoughts? Where would this really fit in?
Is this too complicated or just right?

What do they get for the monthly fee?

    Just the discounts?

Probably not worth a WSO, but putting a ad in Warriors for hire might get you something. Those prices are pretty close to retail too, so be aware that even after the discounts Warriors might not find it too good of a deal. Generally they want cheeeeap. Try searching Odesk or eLance and you might get some takers,

      Thanks for the replies.

The membership provides steep discounts on all related services, heavy resell opportunities, 1on1 consulting/help for social media platforms and websites.

We will be planning rollouts for graphic sets, icon sets, case studies, rebrand materials etc for folks to purchase and reuse/resell as necessary plus training videos and maybe webinars.

Surprisingly our main market has been other social media companies and large businesses who just subscribe then buy en mass for however many items/services they need.

As for the "market costs": We found almost everything comes with monthly fees for the app's for Facebook. Our backbone is the Contest applications (voting, user submitted content, polls, giveaway, sweepstakes, trivia).

Oh, the final thing: We do all of this for the buyer... no maintenance, no fees, no hosting, total tech support etc...

Thoughts? Thanks again for the replies so far.

What type of facebook apps do you provide? I'm interested in how you are able to churn out so much applications for just $40 unless the design isn't customized or there isn't much features.

The designs are better than pagemodo and other basic platforms. Some of our best showcase pieces had graphics provided by the client for specific requests and look as nice as a website.

Functions are advanced with all the contests and other types of advanced app's but also include features like embed codes for a website, qr codes, mobile links, and advanced features with mailchimp integration, and refer a friend for extra chances to win functions. I can build just about anything with our framework we have in place.

      Thoughts?
