Jay Abraham (making a million video)

I have been studying work of Jay Abraham quite a lot. He has brilliant ideas.
Few months ago I came across a video of his, where he says that someone made a million with this idea. I kinda forgot about it, but I found it again today. It sounds so intriguing.

Of course, I don't even dream making million with it, but maybe I can make some money this way. Maybe it will work on some small scale. It makes total sense to me and I know that ideas of Jay are solid.
Did anyone of you ever tried something like this?
