Hundreds Of Commission Only Reps?

So, I am looking at adding another division to my company.
It can help every consumer with bills. There is competition in the B2B market.
But, the B2C market is virtually un-tapped. This is because you can make 10 times more in the B2B side.

However, in terms of volume, you can make a decent amount per consumer.
About $60 on average per consumer. You make over $1,000 B2B.

Has anyone every setup an offline business with someone like Comission Junction or Peerfly. On a CPA deal?

I mean, companies pay a few bucks for a form submit... Why can't I do the same?
Has anyone ever done this?

I understand with most offline you deal with locals, so it doesn't make much sense.
But, since I can go Nationwide.... I don't see why not???

People promote CPA's for $1 or so, I would probably do $5.
So, I would think I could get a good amount of affiliates.

Thoughts?

(No, I won't disclose what I am getting into.... Sorry)

So your saying take a CPA offer, and cold call consumers to get them to do a form submit?

    No....

Signing up with a company like Commission Junction or Peerfly or MaxBounty as an advertiser.
Then having their affiliates drive traffic to my form. (In exchange for payment obviously)

The affiliates would be paid for every form submission, thus CPA.

Like getting people to signup for a free trial to something, or an email submit.
Except, it would be for my offline business.

This is a great question. I wish someone would develop a platform for this.

I had a goal of hiring hundreds of commission reps this year, and then a divorce and all kinds of things hit me... and I didnt get to it so Im making it my 2013 goal.

Back in 2003 I put together a network of over 2000 offline reps within just a few months time, and even charged them all $300 to become a rep....I know how to do it like the back of my hand... a few things have changed in those ten years, but I have made adjustments for it.

However, so far the only thing I can do is have them take the payment info offline "manually", and submit it to me...

The ONLY thing thing I am missing from the most perfectly detailed plan on the planet is a way to automate tracking online sales, for sales reps.

Otherwise they are just going to have to take check and cc info manually and submit it to me individually...

As far as offline sales that require offline reps... only 2% or less of any of their customers would go to a website and pay anyway...So its not THAt big of an issue, but still a small one...

Thats why you hear all this talk of cold calling ... because business owners dont buy 2k websites off of websites without human contact. So most offline payments are taken manually anyway...

Maybe Im answering my own question here.

BTW: My plan not going into effect last year now has turned out almsot to be a good thing because I have refined it alot... now I have figured out how to automate it, all except that one piece..

Anyway, sorry for long post. This was a great question. Someone would make alot of money creating a solution for this.

The money is offline, and so are all the most hardworking reps.

You could use Square for your offline reps. The only problem is that it doesn't collect recurring commissions. Your reps would either have to buy the square piece for their iphone or they get them for free, I forget. If they pay for them its only a few dollars and they can get reimbursed on first sale.

GetAmbassador.com also offers a way to hire sales reps to input allow clients to input their own info and track it automatically.

If I were using square - its way cheaper and more streamlined, then what product would I use it with? It would have to be a 1 time product that isn't a pain to make. I.E websites are a pain to make. I was thinking of mobile sites but I'm not sure. Anyone have any ideas on 1 stop products that can be charged and easily outsourced?

I work offline sales daily and we take cc details or cheque, cash or even direct deposit, the sales I make can be in the many thousands the way we work this is simple and is very easy to use.

Each rep rings in and logs a quote or rings in to gain a order verification number, this is done at every meet per se.

At the point the cc details can be given on the phone if doing cc, if doing a transfer I get the client to do that then when I ring through and gain the order number I give the ref number and amount of the deposit.

This method lets you track every rep a bit like a taxi checking a job and clearing them for the next one and you have all details as it happens, sales, cc info / deposit info, cash or cheque info or if its just a quote.

It is expandable to any size team and works and is manged very easily, the customers are all fine with it and everybody plays happy family.

Yeah, got hit with a personal storm right in the middle of the program... and didnt follow through for various reasons (Divorce... Losing personal assets, time and money...and generally going through alot of turmoil), but Im picking it back up for 2013. I think most of the issues have passed, and I still think its the most brilliant plan in the world.
