We're in Need of Lead Gen Themes

Hello fellow offliners

So we've got a few lead generation themes that are worth using, but the selection is still scarce. So much that if you had 20 offline sites using 4 of the themes, clients will start to see a pattern in your portfolio. (I know you don't have to show them all of your websites, but I still don't want them all looking similar)

While I'd love to see more themes, the question for the meantime is which themes are capable of doing the best job of turning into a lead gen theme.

We all know you've got a very short time to get the clients' customers attention and make them act. That's where the lead gen site comes in handy.

So aside from putting a contact form in a sidebar on the homepage, does anyone know of themes where a contact form could be put in a header (would need to be modified of course)? If so, how do you guys go about customizing those contact forms?

    I know you guys are using lead gen themes, you can't all be using Local Theme pro? If not, how are you implementing contact forms into headers? Or utilizing another method?
