How do you use linkedin to sell mobile website?

Hi all,

I am planning to promote my mobile website and was thinking of using linkedin as one of my channel. My idea was to connect to specific business owners and invite them to send me their web url so that I can do a mock up of their site.

Have anyone use linkedin to get business before?

Yes - I have. If you are on a limited budget, I would start with the following Linkedin FREE tools:

    - Join @ least 4 groups on Mobile marketing. This immediately puts you in the market where those most likely to need your services (or partnerships) occur

    - Research current groups by keyword and see if their is a niche you can immediately carve out BY KEYWORD. Start your own group

    - Make sure whether you write 3 posts or 30, to use the Bloglink (or Wordpress) APP on your profile to import website content. This APP automatically updates each time you update your website. Content marketing on Linkedin is HUGE.

    - To introduce yourself to groups, ask a question specific to your market. Whether you know the answer or not is irrelevant (more rhetorically styled). It will get profile views and website clicks.

    - Make sure you use all 4 website spaces. When setting up your profile, put in as many different website pages as possible. Homepage, about us, contact us or whatever.

    - If you create websites, I know you could create HOT Powerpoints. Make a short 4-5 page presentation, upload it to Slideshare (by keyword market) and import it into Linkedin (by keyword) using the presentation APP. It will get shared around.

    Just a few tips.
