I have little practical marketing experience and I have no sales experience. Which is unfortunate since I have been self employed since 1997.

In any event I stumbled across a WSO and decided to buy it since it seemed like it would work perfectly with what I do and where I'm at. But then I realized the potential goes way beyond that single WSO. I believe I am sitting on an untapped gold mine of clients who are in desperate need of web services.

Not just a collection of small local businesses who need websites, but a small local collection of businesses who are very active and very connected to my small tight knit community.

As a local businessman, I am also plugged into the community and have great contacts.

I don't want to give away too much, but my business is not web content related. however the WSO is a direct match with my business and it connects my business with online services.

So the natural progression for me and my business is to start offering these other services.

Since I have ZERO experience or talent at building websites, SEO or any of that stuff, I would like to contract that out to you folks who are the experts.

I have specific ideas on how to market to these businesses. I don't want to do anything that might screw this up, so I'm looking for marketing experts who can offer clear advice. But at the same time, I'm not comfortable sharing this on the open forum.

Any ideas on how should I proceed? Could this be a possible joint venture where I get you work in exchange for design work (because my website absolutely sucks...:rolleyes?
