Question about contract

Hi Everyone,

I have a client that I am going to be preparing a website for. I think some of the content is questionable as far as copyrights go. Therefore, I want to include a section in the contract that states that all content belongs to the business owner and that proper use of the content is the responsibility of the business owner.

Have any of you done the same? If so could you share appropriate wording for this?

PS I need to have the contract ready for a meeting with the client at 5pm today.
