Craigslist Posting Limit

I saw it mentioned once before by iAmNameless. He mentioned something like 3 ads + renews per account in the services section of craigslist.

My question is...is there a limit to how many ads I can renew per day?

IE: Lets say I post 3 new ads today and I have 25 expired ads from previous days. Am I able to renew those ads without any ghosting penalty?

    3 ads per 24 hours in the service section. You can actually post more in the for sale section but service is the best for offline services. You can renew as many as you have, there is no limit in the renews, it is more of a limit of how many in a certain time frame. To understand the right renewing amounts, you have to understand how craigslist works. You don't want to go down the line and hit renew, renew, renew, and renew. You need to time it properly. Renew an ad, make sure it posts in the category page, usually in 15 minute intervals by the cron job, and then go on to the next. If you renew them too fast, you will start having your account ghosted.

        Yes I usually renew 3 per day although it's a good idea to renew them one every 15-30 minutes or so. I've found that that works best.
