new client in the works: personal injury lawfirm

ok these guys are pre-sold by an existing client. Actually my first referral! woo hoo!!

Soo I haven't even spoken with the prospect but current client (and friend) told me what to do for research, their website etc.

did a hubspot grader, they basically cannot get a worse site. Its very old and not good. Some information about each lawyer but thats it.

So they would need a complete new site, and then I need to work out if they want actual marketing or not.

If they do I know this:

-Big metropolitan city
-lots of competition
-I know who the major players are already, they all have half decent sites

I'm thinking when I'm ready to present I should tell them look your industry is a tough one. I do not want to enter it unless you are serious, if you are be prepared for a serious fight that requires real capital, like $5000 a month minimum.

Just wondering if anyone with personal injury lawfirm experience could give me some advice.

Thanks

Hmmm asking that kind of cash, I hope you can deliver Just imagine the sort of attention and care you would want for that much money.

Obviously, you'll need to do some serious SEO and avoid just reselling link packages you find here on WF.

we work with lawyers all day long. Best niche for me.

1,000 upfront and 500 a month is where we find the best level.

    Take care.

  • Some personal injury lawyers spend 5 grand a week or more on TV spots in a big Metro so I would think your budget is realistic for that market size.

I'm not interested in this as just another client. For me this would be either we go all in and actually get them some serious visibility online and lots of leads or I'll tell them straight up don't waste your money.

This is a big city, lots of competition, and a very tech saavy city as well. No doubt the guys at the top have good pros working for them, and anyone worth their salt in this game is not charging $500 for this level of commitment necessary for success.

I need to bring the big guns or dont come at all
