If you find yourself working for clients who never seem satisfied...who always want one more revision...who are time vampires...

    I have had 2 of these clients in the past 6 months. As stated in Seth's blog, I now work harder to identify them in the in initial phases, and I have added a clause to my work agreement, which states a really hefty fee for more than 2 revisions. I if like the client I waive it, if not...

    A key to identifying these people is, they are the ones who never know what they have in mind -- they don't know what colors they want, what kind of feel they want, what kind of photos they want, etc.. My suggestion is to pin them down and send them an email re-stating what they decided on during the meeting. You'll need it as proof.
