Creating a local business PLR site and looking for advice.

I own a professional photography and videography business and I'm in the process of creating a PLR site specifically for offline marketers.

The site will sell PLR packs that will include articles, photos, and maybe videos that you (as offline marketers) can use on your client's websites or email marketing campaigns.

For instance, a PLR pack for plumbers would have various articles about plumbing (tips, tricks, safety stuff, etc.), photos of a plumber doing repairs and/or plumbing items, and videos of a plumber working or installing something.

All of the photos, videos, and articles would be created by me so there would be no copyright problems.

So my questions are...

1. Is this something that offline marketers such as yourselves be interested in?
2. What's the price point that you'd be willing to pay for each PLR pack?
3. What would be the best niches to start with (plumber, dentist, chiropractor, etc)?

From my photography business, I know a lot of small business owners in the area so I would be able to create packs for just about any niche.

Thanks.

Mike

    Hi Mike,

    1) Yes, having an offline marketing business, I would definitely be interested in that type of PLR pack.
    2) Pricing would depend on how much stuff is in each pack and the quality.
    3) All niches would be good for me, I have a wide variety of clients. Plumbers are good though.

If you need to bounce any additional ideas or thoughts off of me let me know.

Hey Mike, I have to say I really like the idea too!

Pricing is tough to say as the majority of PLR material here seems to go for $10 - $20...but assuming you put together some great articles/videos etc...maybe $40 - $50 would still work and be fair to you?

The niches you mentioned I think would be a good start (chiros, dentists, plumbers etc...) and probably any niche where new clients have a high lifetime value would be great.

It would all be down to the quality of the content and how professional they look.

Also in the package you would need to create a system that people could follow to the letter and get results without having to work out how they sell these packs to clients, dependant on how well you set that up would be what gives the package its value.

I would also consider building a membership system where you add to it every month for a small subscription rather than just taking a single sale on each package, this will bring continuity and while businesses are making money from them they wont leave, you also wouldn't have to include the system in every pack unless it changed slightly as if it was basically the same then the members would know it inside out quickly.

As far as pricing goes... I suppose it would depend on everything that is included in each PLR pack and the quality of the PLR material.

Most PLR content providers price a single PLR Article or page of PLR content anywhere from $1-$2.

In terms of Photos and Video under a PLR license... you could probably use the pricing of Stock photography and video as a starting point, to figure out the price.

However, the price will also heavily depend on the level of quality that they're getting and what rights they have been granted under your PLR license.

There are more than a few people selling this as WSOs... see them all the time and they almost always do very well.

I say there is a TON of room for more quality packs.

I would research the other sales threads and see what other things buyers are requesting from those products

I like what you have started here. I've been planning something similar for a while now, and maybe this thread will help me take the next step!

    1. I personally wouldn't pay for something like this because of my knowledge with web design allows me to make sites quickly.
    2. IF I didn't have this knowledge, than I could see myself paying around $10 a month for this pack.
    3. Lawyers, Plumbers, Construction.
