The Grinch, Offline Marketer
Theodor Seuss Geisel created business card templates for contractors in the 1920s. They just had to fill in their own information. This was before it was called offline marketing. They just called it "marketing." 
He was also an advertising artist. He created art for ads for several well known brands.
You may know him better as Dr. Seuss.
He wrote the famous Dr. Seuss series including, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."
