    PLEASE stop capitalizing every single word in a sentence, it isn't needed.

    Now... to answer your question, and this is just my opinion on how I would do it, is approach marketers, marketing consultants, SEO firms, Web design firms and businesses like that to form a sort of affiliation or partnership. Kick them back a certain amount of $$ if they ever find someone that has that need.

    People that already have clients, and would like to earn an easy referral fee, would be a great target for you. It helps with your branding and client acquisition.

    As a mobile app devleopment company like you we also getting leads from organic SEo. SEo is vital for us. You have to set up a strong SEO/PPC team to get leads. If possible set up a Sales team with a good business analyst, Cold calling team. one person in each field is enough in the beginning.
