Do you use a tablet to fill out paperwork or sign contracts?

I just got a Microsoft Surface to use with my offline clients and I am looking for an app that allows them to fill out a few forms and sign a contract.

Does anyone else use an app for this?

Currently my only thought is to make it an online form then transfer it to a pdf that can be signed, but that seems a lot harder than it has to be. Does anyone know of a Windows 8RT app to use for this?

This is crazy to even imagine for me. Do biz owners really sign contracts on a tablet? A 2 or 3 part NCR form is a million times more professional and credible.

Yeah, when the OP said "Tablet" I thought he meant a Yellow Legal Pad.

I always use a 3 part NCR form.

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

We currently use a 3 part NCR, but we are trying to move to a paperless system.

The company I am using it for is Pet Care / Dog Training so the forms have a lot of information and need to be accessed by our workers on the go. My vision is to have it filled out in a pdf format then saved on a cloud storage that any employee can access.
