First, I would change the theme. It's too dark. I would choose something brighter that made me think of trees / gardening / spring.

Next... I'd grab some adwords vouchers. You usually get $100 or more when you sign up with a webhost.

Next... find someone willing to do some keyword research for you to find out the keywords people are using to look for what you have and which areas they're searching in. You can probably get some decent research done for less than $50.

Next... go to WLMarketing.com and buy a couple of their classified ad posting services for those areas where people are looking for the trees. I don't particularly like WLMarketing, but I can't think of anyone else right now. You may find a great provider here on the WF. Just do a search in the "warriors for hire" section of the forum.

I would want to try a bunch of classified ads in these areas to see what sort of returns I get.

Next... I would look into doing something on EBay. I'm not an EBay expert. Never sold anything on there. But I would check to see if selling that way was a possibility. Given the price point, though, I would imagine you'd be targeting bulk buyers...

Next... I would take the keyword research I got and try some campaigns for those searches with good search volume. Just call Google to help you setup the campaign.

Next... I would definitely get those that are ordering from you now on some sort of a list. Keep track of them and stay in contact with them so you can continue to sell to them.

Hi there Clint, I really like your trees! How are you making money when they are so cheap though? $4.97 for a 2 year old tree including the pot, soil and all? Granted I know nothing about gardening.

Like the above poster had said, the site is too dark. However you may not need to use a completely new theme. You can see if your current theme gives you the option to change the background color to something more green, or even upload a background photo of some trees. I don't know the capabilities of your particular theme, but many of them allows you to choose a preset color scheme as well, which can save you a lot of time changing themes or tweaking with the CSS.

I used to sell trees too a few years ago. Made GREAT money, worked my own hours, and I loved the product I was selling.

I would advise against it tho, you have avoid the cops, worry about getting robbed by other dealers.... oh wait are we talking about different types of trees here? lol

Just going thru your post and I like what your offering, I did a quick search on Ebay and the tree's don't move very well nobody is selling a lot but one seller is moving a lot of seeds, cheep easy to ship any where, might be an idea for you. I also checked out your website as mentioned above could use a little work, brighten it up big pics and better graphics but you have a great concept and the layout is inviting, I only see one buy now button beside one product, maybe added them beside every product and in your paypal you can add the shipping option.
