Is There A Software To Manage Sales Team?

Hi, I am in the process of bringing on a few sales reps to start marketing my companies services on a commission only structure.

Does anyone know of, or use a software that allows my reps to login, and have access a sales area where they can download marketing materials, view commission reports, etc?

I see several affiliate software out there, but I am looking for more of an offline sales management software.

Thanks

I strongly recommend Less Annoying CRM | The easy way to organize your small business
which gives you all the tools you need and is free for up to 10 salespeople.
    It is also very customizable.

Yeah, its called a "training forum". Simple as that. Basically, start a private forum where you can train your people and let them down load things, report sales... add motivational videos, have them report daily, it puts them on your list so you can update them or do a cattle call for online meetings, call certain people into private chats...whatever you want.

An SMF forum template can be downloaded for free, and your membership wont ever be so big probably that you need to upgrade...
