Why are you doing the work you are doing? Scott Dinsmore's mission is to change the world by helping people find what excites them and build a career around the work only they are capable of doing. This is a very inspiring video, worth taking the time to watch.

    For some reason I couldn't get the audio on this video. But yes, I love what I'm doing. This work and most work in fact, is about giving value to others. It feels good to be able to help small and sometimes struggling businesses succeed,- especially in this economy.
