Google places advice needed

I have a client that has a national tradesman coverage -- yet wants to create websites for each local area to look nore localized - ie tradeintowna.com - tradeintownb.com etc - so he has around 100 sites - and can actually rent the sites to the tradesman he chooses in that area - but he does not have physical addresses in each town and the same contact number on each site -- How do I get round this on google places - does anyone know or have any experience of this? or is it just impossible?

    Without a genuine business address in each area, you're breaking their rules and will have to resort to "hacks" for getting a listing. Huge effort and not worth it since Google tries hard to wipe out these listings. Now some do get by, but proceed at your own risk.

    To pull it off, you'd need hard-to-identify virtual offices or private mailboxes, and you'd definitely need a unique local phone number for each location. Numbers are the easy part.

      just stay away from mailboxes etc, ups store, etc.. type mailboxes if you go the "hack" route. And make sure the phone number is unique for each listing, or your plus local pages will not last very long.

      There is also a hack that I detail on my blog (just google "postcard hack" if you want more details, there are many sites including mine that talk about it) but basically, you use a legit address to postcard verify, but put it in line TWO of the address box. Line one contains a fake address in the location you want it (empty street corner, office building with multiple offices etc... )

      Then, after you postcard verify, delete line two and you'll have a fully postcard verified plus local page in any location you want.
