Best WP Plugins for a small businesses website you're using now

I was interested in seeing what others were using for their clients in the area of plugins for wordpress sites. I wanted to see if anyone was using something I haven't heard of yet.

    I like to keep things at a minimum, but I have found a few that make it super easy to manage a site

    - widgets on pages (one of my favorites. Perfect for using raw HTML on a page without having the editor strip out important stuff)
    - easy wp columns (great for those themes that don't have good short codes already)
    - wordpress seo, of course.
    - schema creator by Raven (great for creating review pages in schema markup)
    - MyGeoPosition or something like that... For geo-tagging pages and sites

    I'll post more when I have access to my list.
