What is that wordpress plugin?

I believe there is some software that will tell you what plugins a website is using. I can't seem to remember where I heard about it. Does anybody know how to tell? I'll occasionally come across something that is quite interesting but I'm not sure what it is.

    There was a WSO that done that however it only looked at top level components of the html. The easiest way to do this for free is just use Google Chrome or FireFox and right click on the page and click "View Page Source" You can do it in IE but its ugly in there.

    Once you have the source just look at all the lines containing "wp-content/plugins/". Press CTRL + F to get the search box up and paste in "wp-content/plugins/" and then look at each line individually.

    Now if this does not tell you all you need to search Google for to find the Plugin on the lines that contain a .css entry click them and you will get the CSS file for that plugin, normally the author will have put his details in at the top of bottom of this file.

    You can also use the "Inspect Element" in Google Chrome to pin point any element of the html code.

    i think the name you are looking for is spybar - its actually an addon for your browser not wordpress, unless its something else you are talking about
