Where to recruit sales persons?

In terms of quality - and not necessarily quantity, where have you guys had success recruiting commission only sales reps?

My product connects a prospect with a seller the instant the prospect clicks "Submit" on an online form. Example; injured person responds to a lawyers PPC Ad. They enter their phone number. Instead of that data posting somewhere, the lawyers phone instantly rings and asks; "would you like to connect with Mr. Smith?" Lawyer Presses 1, Mr. Smith's phone rings on average 45 seconds after he has clicked submit. First to engage, gives you a greater chance of being the first to convert. Simple.

Makes no sense to pay base / draw because our demo sells the product itself. Lawyers can pay up to $10 a transfer which means a rep can earn $8 a transfer - residual.

Wanted to give product background for added context; i.e. this is actually innovative and is not crap. If you are selling garbage, you're going to get garbage candidates, where can I recruit quality candidates cost effectively?

Thanks!

    !
This is generally described as an inbound room. Order taking.

Best place to hire them is a local newspaper help wanted ad

then train them to your specs.

depending on how many inbound calls vrs transfers will tell you if they are selling
or just being order takers. Order takers generally get paid hourly -- NOT commision.

If you have no experience in the field. there are bookoo inbound rooms
that will contract out there reps for your product.

I used to be a sales manager for a large furniture and appliance store and the way I found people was to go shopping. I know that sounds a bit silly but the best way to hire sales people is to see how they sell to you. If I liked the way they sold to me or someone else I would give them my card and ask them to call me. You will get about 10 to 20% to come in for interviews and if they check out you hire them.

This works best when your job pays much better than the job they currently have.

Employment publications are good, and classic. Both on and off line. May as well do whats worked for a hundred years IMO, no reason to fix something that's not broken.

definitely sounds like an hourly position. You need order takers not sakes people. Try craigslist or kijiji

Either look for reliable CPA companies that are very strict on picking loyal affiliates that will get you honest prospects or you will have to hand pick your affiliates by interviewing each of them.

Yea check out CL..I've hired some good commission only sales reps..I would give them 50% of each deal they closed..Make sure you have a system in place for them to be successful like a presentation, order forms, price sheets.Good sales reps will expect you to have a system and tools set up and ready too go..
