Looking for small businesses that have used SEO

I am doing a report on the benefits and disadvantages of SEO for small businesses.*
The report will be 5,000 words and it is for a college report (A level). After report is finished it will be sent to you or shared on Warrior forum for free. There will be no money involved between me and you.

So here are the questions for the business owners:

·******** How long have used SEO for your business?
·******** Has putting your business online affected your businesses positively or negatively? In what way? (revenue, profit, brand awareness etc)
·******** What kind of price range should other businesses expect, if they want to market their businesses online?
·******** What is the one thing a small business owner should be aware of SEO?
·******** What are the disadvantages of using SEO?
You don't have to answer all of the questions but I would appreciate it if you did.
