Book Keeping + Commission Tracking Software

Hey , I have a commission based business model and I am looking for a program that can help me with Book Keeping , track the commissions and generate invoices.
Basically for every job the worker does he get %30 of the job,Then %10 commission goes to the hotel.
I work with a few hotels and it's always %10 Commissions.
1) I need to create Invoice for worker's commissions
2) Invoice for the Hotel's commissions.
AnyBody knows a software that can do that?
