Who's YOUR provider? Phone service :p

If you are into telemarketing or any other high frequency calling, who do you use as a service provider? hows YOUR system set up? ie predictive dialing, manual dialing etc..

I'm looking at my options here for possibly 3 lines (numbers) total, but only using 1 at a time... Looking for some current information!

can you use that line for high frequency calling? like 100's a day? And do you manually dial each call?

I've been calling out of my living room, with a residential line, and a 10 year old corded phone Which I only do it 1 day a week and only for a few hours...

Needless to say, I'm scaling my sales business and looking at my options.

As fast as your fingers can fly. I manually dial and I have a Plantronics CS 70N wireless headset.

I call from my cell phone using a headset. I have tried VoIP but was not satisfied with the call quality. If you decide to go this route, do not use a Bluetooth headset or a headset meant for cell phones. The voice quality is just not there.

Buy a good quality VoIP/Gaming headset intended for a PC and an adapter that will change the dual 3.5 mm connections to a single. I use a Roccat Kulo and I've been very happy with it.

You can get some automated dialing set up with recorded message like broadcasting voice. Some very nice open source systems in places like Twilio and Tropo

Mine is Free Home Phone Service | Ooma. Got it all setup recently, customer service is a joy to deal with and for a nominal fee ($100 a year) you get way more premium features than any phone company can offer.

I use GSM Desk phone. The voice quality is good; I can use headset; I do not depend on the internet connection; I can take it with me anywhere - as a desk phone or just put a SIM card in to a regular cell phone.
