Lead Tracking Software For Multi Channel Marketing

I provide done for you marketing services (in a specific niche) using multi channel marketing.... Such as:

direct mail
reactivation
Joint Ventures
Referral campaigns
YP ads
email
Search

I charge a monthly fee for this, and all my clients (who implement) make a great ROI using my campaigns and strategies. Even so my attrition rate is higher than I would like this to be.

One way to combat this is to provide them with a full tracking solution where I can breakdown where sales and leads are coming from, this way I can show them based on the LTV of a customer exactly what my campaigns are bringing them in... and what traffic source they're coming from.

Are there any software and tracking solutions/programs that can do most or all
of the above?

    That's a good place to purchase multiple phone numbers for all your direct marketing pieces to see which ones are effective. You can have the sales agents login and put in if it was a sale or not and the price point.

    Also, there are a ton of CRM's on the market that are REALLY robust, like SalesForce and/or HubSpot. Just depends on your budget/needs and ease of use you're looking for.

      I take it most of these CRM's can be used to track offline marketing campaigns? and not just online and website visitors?

      I can see how the call tracking can work as I've used numbers for tracking in the past, this was for a single campaign and never from multiple sources.

      What about infusionsoft, is this an option for what I'm needing?
