      I think the questions that you asked show an ignorance for the subjects you want a response about.

      For example, some of us (the ones who could answer your questions) wouldn't waste the time trying to explain the error in your methodology suggested by your questions.

      You seem to want SEO advice but ask about Fiverr as a links source, this immediately tells me that you want to pay the least amount possible and expect great rewards, it simply won't happen and any advice I gave you would involve a considerably higher investment than $5.

      If you want quality you have to pay for it.

      In regards to ping.fm, Fiverr and good as well as cheap SEO guys, I wouldn't bother, they are a waste of your time and money and "good" and "cheap" SEO are mutually exclusive concepts.

      I was personally one of the guys who viewed this thread and didn't respond earlier as I thought I'd let the rabble of "I'll do it for you" guys have it.

      Answers:
      1) no such thing
      2) try odesk but this type of thing is useless in the current climate, hire a VA and tell them exactly what to do.
      3) yes but any effective SEO guys cost big money these days
      4) this is the only question really worth answering but not something I know a whole lot about so I can't help

    To my perception spending money on fiverr is total waste. Most of the gigs will give spam links, but what I can suggest is try with the gigs that provide less links.

    i wouldn't give a customer of mine links from fiverr, unless i tested them several times before! you can do more harm than good with using some of the services they have there...
