question to veterans re resell rights & affiliate system

Hi great Marketers,
This forum has the most brilliant marketers of the world, so I am reaching out to you for advice on affiliate system.
I found a developer who has two courses. One short and the other is full length one.
I am interested in purchasing resell rights for the short course and become affiliate to the full length course with the idea that after purchasing short course my customers will go on to buy a full length one.
At the moment his short course is on Clickbank. However I need to adapt it to my market i.e. France (sales letter, intro video message etc).
I would like to have both products marketed through me and simply pay developer commissions on sales but I don't know how to setup logistically so the developer isn't worried of not getting paid.
If I purchase resell rights for short course and then simply have link to his site then how do I monitor sales and ensure that I get my commission.
Please help me out with this. Thank you

    A simple way is to setup a merchant (seller) account with clickbank where you will sell these courses and give your developer access to it so that he could monitor your sales. Alternatively, if you don't want to give him access, than just regularly send him screenshots of your clickbank earnings and the pay him the agreed commission once sales are made.
