Looking for a "businesses close to this address" search tool

Can anyone help me find a tool that will pull businesses close to a specific address? Meaning if the address is:

123 ABC St.
NY, NY 10002

Then, it would pull:
122 ABC St.
135 ABC St.
2783 XYZ St. (which intersect ABC St. near the 123 address)

Thanks

Google does this, I use it for trip planning. Most search engines/map sites have this feature.

There are tons of Apps for this. Try Perch? Yelp? FourSquare?

To specify, I'm not looking to have it on a map view. If I'm understanding you two, you are saying for me to simply type it in & look at the map.

I'm looking to get any business in that vicinities Business name & address in a list format.

Foursquare give you a list of bars. I'm talking any type of business near that address.

      Thanks for the suggestions.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Look up the haines criss cross directory, thats exactly what its for, although it does other things as well. In telemarketing it has always been used to schedule salesman's appointments right next door to each other, so they dont have to run all over town. I dont know if they do b2b, I used them for residential, but they probably have b2b listings too.

If you have access to reference USA, it will do exactly what you are looking for. A lot of libraries offer this database for free.

Booyah! This is exactly what I'm looking for! I've been using Reference USA & didn't know it had this function.

      THANKS!

Glad it helped. I assume you found the radius search function. It also allows you to target verticals by keyword or SIC code.

Yes, its a great tool. The only downside is the 25 per download deal. Thanks for the help.
