LEADS - cold call vs Craigslist Ads, Website/blogs

I have an appliance service interested in me generating leads for them. This is my first client and even though I've spent weeks reading and researching, I'm still fairly new with offline marketing.
What's the quickest way to deliver besides PPC? EMAIL MARKETING? I have a script thanks to John Durham . I have previous telemarketing experience from working at Wells Fargo Mortgage.

I would like to create a videos with "How to" "DIY" of different services, but I read it's best to have a live demonstration, I just don't know a plumber who is willing to create a video for me that I can use to generate leads for my entire city. How can I solve this problem? Does fiverrr provide videos for that? Or can I trust finding someone in a different state (no competition) to create a video for me and send the info to me?

Also I read that vertical directories, google maps (I don't have a address but read to purchase a UPS mail), keywords research (* look at your competitions) using different tools, craigslist posting (creative headlines that stand out), forum posting, blog commenting, yahoo!, bing, etc.

Am I on the right track? Also what's the average I can sell for each leads?
