What kind of search terms would you be typing into the big bad google?

I'm trying to help out a realtor who only wants sellers as clients.

Here are a few things I came up with...

How much is my home worth?

Why should I hire a realtor?

Home cash buyers

Warriors, what would search for?

There's no way to organize the list neatly, but you can figure it out... Chicago area, replace with places in your area.

  what about searches for something along the lines of
  
  moving companies in houstin
  Uhaul rental in New York
  
  or whatever, because people who are selling their homes need to move their stuff right?
  
  The Agent could workout a deal putting up an ad in a moving company website.
  
  The FSBO stuff metioned above might work, but I think most of those might not be the greatest leads because people who usually sell by owner, are doing so to avoid paying fees/commissions to Agents
  
  But if you can have a lead page that has information like, "the benefits of using an Agent over FSBO" or "The Top 10 reasons to use an Agent instead of selling your own home" basically little reports that would sell the person on using an Agent instead of selling the house themselves.
  
  Another thing is going to the court house and finding out about divorces. Alot of divorcees have to sell their houses. Not the greatest option though.

Why don't you ask your friend to ask his clients what they searched for?

See if he can give you list of his/her clients for you to call and ask that question.

But if I was looking to sell my home and needed a real estate agent and I did not know one already:

real estate agents city

best real estate agent city

top real estate agents city
affordable real estate agent city
low commission real estate agent city
cheap real estate agent city
