Any GOOD trade lead sites? Where I can find trade leads? What about the scammer import/export trade?

What are your three favourite trade lead sites? Tradelead? Tradezone? Tradekey? Alibaba? And why?

These sites you usually see seller/manufacturer/supplier? Any sites where I can find buyers? Any effective way you can find buyers?

Thanks for sharing guys:-)

1: Up at the top navigation menu on trade sites, you will find "to buy" and "To Sell".
2: They are usually automatically set on "To buy" when you arrive, thats why you are only seeing sellers.
3: Click "To Sell", and do a search for the kind of buyers you are looking for.

Thanks John! I know you are a big fan of alibaba, other than that, which one you use the most to find trade leads?

By the way, I heard you are issuing a new course import/export? Is it coming soon?

Is there any general principles that you adopt every time in choosing the right buyer or manufacturer to avoid scammers?

There are alot of good trade sites, for instance tradekey.com has over 7 million members, with at least a million buyers on it, and they dont require verification... you want to look at sites that have millions of members. The kind of trade sites you want to go with are the ones where there is a huge market, anything over a million members, and there are lots of those if you simply google "b2b trade site".

Any trade site that has a large pool of buyers is what you are looking for.

You think the WF is big?

We have amarket of about a half million people here who sometimes purchase $20.00 reports... but that isnt the only reason they come here.

Trade sites have MILLIONS of buyers who purchase $20,000 truckloads, and that is the ONLY reason they are there; to buy!

They even advertise it in tens of thousands of listings, ie; "I want to buy__________".

They are just pools of big buyers looking for everything from plush toys to garden hoses, and they spend big money.

    Hi Zunonline,

Scammers are easy to recognize, because they dont speak your niche language.

For instance wallpaper is sold in "bolts" and has standard measurements. If a person isnt asking me the right questions, and they want to know something genral or just say "i want to buy your products", then I know they are a scammer sending out pms to everyone and their brothers.

Real buyers ask for specifics, and they speak the niche language.

On a deeper note, the more you get into negotiations with them the more you will know. Scammers will ask your for ridiculous things toward closing time, that no one in their right mind would go along with... They will want to close in the first one or two emails without asking you questions that you know a real buyer would ask...and you will see the signs, which I will go more in depth about another time...

    To answer your other question;

I cant talk about reports in the main forum anymore, because I dont want to ruin any good threads, when you see a new report in my sig, then I have a new report. Thats about all I can say.

Suffice it to say that scammers will make themselves obvious throughout negotiations and there are many tell tale signs. The best thing to do is ask me on an individual case by case basis if you see something strange, and I will help you recognize it.

    Hope this helps,
    John
